Terms of Service

Effective September 2, 2026. By placing a bid or creating an account on soyouwannabeacreator.com, you agree to these terms.

What this is

soyouwannabeacreator.com is a public, pay-to-rank leaderboard for creators. Paying real money moves your listing's rank on the board — nothing else does. Rank is not endorsement, verification of any claim beyond what our OAuth check confirms, or a guarantee of any particular outcome, exposure, or traffic.

Where a creator has connected an account via OAuth, or where public profile data (avatar, handle, follower count) is fetched for an unverified listing, you grant and we rely on a license to display that data on the board solely to identify the listing — this is not an endorsement by that platform or, for listings a creator did not submit themselves, by the creator.

Payments

All payments are processed by Dodo Payments, acting as merchant of record. Bids are whole US dollars, $5 minimum for a new listing, $999,999 maximum. Full mechanics — including how top-ups and competing bids are priced — are in the bidding rules, which are part of these terms by reference.

All sales are final.When your listing is outbid, you are not refunded — this is explained in full, and is a deliberate, final design decision, in the no-refund policy. Do not bid more than you are willing to lose to a later, higher bid.

Listings & accounts

You may only list a profile you own or are authorized to represent. What can and cannot be listed — including the adult-content and chat-link bans — is set out in the rules. We may remove a listing that violates them, without refund.

Signing in with Google is optional. Anonymous bidding is a fully supported path. If you do create an account, you are responsible for keeping access to it secure.

Unauthorized listings & rights requests

Fans can list and bid on a creator's behalf, so a listing referencing you does not always mean you submitted it yourself. If you are the creator (or an authorized representative) named in a listing you did not create and want it removed, email priyanshurawat2104@gmail.com with proof of who you are. We may remove the listing. Removal does not refund whoever paid for it — see the no-refund policy.

Prohibited use

Fraudulent, stolen, or charged-back payment methods.
Automated or scripted attempts to bypass rate limits or claim locks.
Listing content prohibited under the rules, or content that is otherwise illegal.
Impersonating a creator you do not own or represent.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided as-is. Rankings can change instantly and without notice as others bid — we make no guarantee about how long you will hold any rank, or what result holding it will bring you. To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you for anything arising from your use of this service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory consumer protections that cannot be displaced, disputes not otherwise resolved are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
